Dr. Martin Marianowicz (renowned international specialist in orthopedics, chiropractic and sports medicine) and his patient, designer Barbara Becker, worked with a group of physiotherapists and back specialists to put together the 60 best medical back exercises that eliminate tension, pain and movement restrictions.

The exercises not only help with acute pain, but also have a proven effect in the prevention of back pain. They can be done everywhere, no need for equipment, so they can be perfectly integrated into everyday life.
