No! We are not Scientists and we don't pretend to be. We do not have all the answers and do not claim to. We do have experience in nutrition, supplementation and training. We are a group of trainers who are in touch with competitive bodybuilders, active athletes, coaches across the Nation.

Unfortunately, in our Industry there are lots of individuals who claim to be what they aren't. Many of the armchair experts will hide behind computers and act as the end all be all authorities of our industry and many of them have never touched the weights in their entire life.

We are here because we are just like YOU!

We also support the usage of supplement and also it's an avid user. We always look towards the ultimate edge that will allow us to maximise a person's genetic potential.
