وزارة الأوقاف و الشؤون الإسلامية – مكتب الوزير – نظام تلقي الشكاوى و الاقتراحات – يهدف مكتب الوزير لتطوير التواصل بين الكويتيين و المقيمين بدولة الكويت مع مكتب الوزير وذلك عن طريق تقديم خدمة بسيطة لإرسال الشكاوى و الاقتراحات مباشرة لمكتب الوزير و من ثم متابعتها لحل المشكلة و التواصل بخصوص المشكلة مع المرسل.

Minister office of Ministry of Awqaf aims to improve the communication between all Kuwaiti and non-Kuwaiti residences in Kuwait and the minister office.
By providing a simple service of sending complain or suggestions requests directly to the minister office and following up with other departments to resolve the issue and communicate the progress with the sender.
