The City of Laredo in partnership with the Laredo Chamber of Commerce, G13 and other private sector partners reaches out to legislators on an regular basis. During two very specific occasions, there is a Laredo Day hosted and held in Austin and in Washington D.C. wherein City leadership, both public and private, convene on the two capital cities with a very specific agenda in mind, and issues that all believe are important to the progress and benefit of the community. This is the application for the 2019 Legislative advocacy for the City of Laredo and will help curate that experience and keep the advocacy team on track.
