UXTesting.io is a business intelligence and data-driven cloud service to help customers use the objective data to understand tester’s interaction with customers’ website/application products.

Before every test, our customers must grant the testers’ permission to track their eyes and record their screen. Our process will ask the testers’ permission for the front camera. This ensures testers always know exactly what information is being collected.
With the permission of testers at first step, our customers can use the function on the user testing and user research stage to generate more objective data through deep study and verify the concept and navigation of their products.

Our application will collect the track of the movement of eyes in order to understand the testers’ navigation. The app requires access to the device’s camera but can be toggled on or off at any time in the device’s settings.
This data is stored in our AWS cloud that can only be accessed by our customers. We take an obsessive approach to protecting the privacy of the testers.
