LoadUp Driver is a simple yet powerful app for managing your junk removal and delivery service fleet.
Manage your jobs, organize your route, track job activity and share completion information with your dispatch team in one convenient place.
Using the LoadUp Driver app is easy! Simply go through the setup wizard and you'll never have to call in for job information again. LoadUp Driver also helps provide better communication with your customers based on your location and progress, automatically notifying them when you’re on the way. Customers can even sign their confirmation in the app, so you don't have to fumble with paper Proof of Delivery notes in the field.
NOTE: This app is for LoadUp Drivers only. Drivers will receive login credentials from LoadUp once your team administrator has added you to the account.
On-Duty Location Tracking: Mark when you’re “on-duty” on LoadUp jobs to share your location with your dispatcher and customers. Now you don’t have to stop to call or text customers about your location, improving your efficiency and safety. NOTE: Enabling location tracking may lower your battery life. Keep your phone charger with you when you are on-duty.
View Order Details: View the full details for every job. Includes requested time of day, types of items, special instructions, and flights of stairs at the job site. Never be surprised when you arrive on location!
View Customer Details: See all customer details specific to each job. Includes item placement, requested time of service and a quick tap to call or text the on-site contact.
Directions: Connect your favorite mapping app and use it through LoadUp Driver. Simply tap on the address for compatible mapping applications, including Apple Maps, Google Maps and Waze. Select your favorite and the address will be preloaded into that mapping application for you, every time.
E-Proof of Delivery: Say goodbye to paperwork for customer signatures and verification. Closing out a job is now entirely electronic, including customer signature, email verification for receipt, and picture upload for job verification.
Automated Customer Notifications: Save time trying to reach your on-site contact with automated customer notifications. Customers will be automatically notified when you mark their job as “En route” or “Arrived”.
