• Decide your Next Action: Write down the first step you can do towards a desired outcome, e.g. put "search flight to Paris" on the list "computer".
• Pick what to do next: Choose a Next Action from the list of the current context, e.g. "market", "online", "team-meeting", or "partner".
STANDARD FEATURES
• Tap a Next Action in the list to mark it as completed.
• Jump between lists: Type "o" and press "office" to switch to the @office list.
• Automatic clean up: Completed Next Actions disappear the next day.
• Jot down ideas on the go: Use the INBOX to decide the Next Action later.
• Go to links, edit or delete Next Actions by long-pressing.
• Use Siri Shortcuts to quickly go to a list.
• End a Next Action with "." to add to multiple lists.
