M-CRM Enterprise or mobile CRM is the mobile component of CRM software for Insurance Agencies. Agents of agency can maintain and manage their contacts, appointments, reminders, premium reminders, lead status and progress, products suggestions etc in the app. Agents can also attach documents to a client's contact, making it easy to find them instead of a difficult scroll through the phone's gallery.

Handy dashboard gives them the overview of their pipeline. Performance reports tell them how much they have achieved over the week or month. All their activities are synced with the server but it can also work offline and sending data to the server on the first available opportunity.
