Godo Pronto simplifies teamwork and communication between hotel staff. Staff and managers use a real-time cleaning dashboard which displays room status, and work more effectively. Managers assign and schedule tasks to simplify workflows and communications. All staff captures issues in seconds!

CLEANING
• Manager view staff updates with a cleaning dashboard and get real-time status on rooms.
• When staff is cleaning rooms they have all the necessary booking info to clean and prepare the room for guests.

ISSUES
• Easily capture issues in seconds with the camera.
• After an issue has been captured, assign it as a task to your staff.

TASKS
• View all your tasks and get more focus throughout your day.
• Complete tasks and others will be notified.

COLLABORATE
• Comment on issues and tasks to resolve quickly.
• Your co-workers will be notified about changes.

EASY ONBOARDING
• As a manager add new users and they will get an SMS with simple instructions.
• No passwords, new users only need a phone number to log in.
