The Affinity Diagram was invented by Jiro Kawakita.It is also known as K-J method and Affinity chart.This tool collects and organizes Ideas into natural and well known groups.Hit each text box to enter ideas/points/title.Give a name to the model and hit Menu > Save.The diagram is saved for future reference/editing.Hitting Menu > Diagrams List opens the list of all saved Affinity diagrams.Menu > Summary option lists all the details of the current Affinity Diagram. Menu > New Diagram performs reset action.You can share the diagram or diagram summary by printing or by email.
