Want to report graffiti, litter, illegal dumping, or other quality of life issues while on the go, in Yerba Buena Community Business District? The new YBCBD Assist app makes reporting issues like these easier than ever. The app uses GPS to identify your location and gives you a menu of common quality-of-life conditions to select for reporting. The app also allows you to snap a photo to add to your service request. Reports generated in our boundaries (Market Street to Harrison Street, 2nd Street to 5th Street) are automatically sent to the YBCBD Dispatch Center and routed to Clean Team, Community Guides and/or SFPD Quality-of-Life bike patrol officer for resolution. You’ll also be able to follow your issue from the time it is reported until it is resolved.

The mobile app can also be used to report such issues as overflowing trash cans, requests for sweeping, aggressive panhandling, campers, and trespassing.
