SolarDashboard is especially suitable as a monitor app for the iPad placed in your home. The values are requested every few seconds when the app is open.
At the same time, SolarDashboard can turn on your HomeKit compatible devices (fans, air conditioning, sockets, music ...) as soon as a certain watt value of your photovoltaic system has been reached. Juice up your electric car controlled by solar is possible with that. The devices automatically will be turned off again when the value falls below. (This function is currently only available if SolarDashboard is open in the foreground on the iOS device.)
SolarDashboard offers you Siri shortcuts so that you can also ask for the current solar power on your HomePod or on other iOS devices.
SolarDashboard currently supports SolarEdge inverters. We are working on adding more providers. We are also planning to add more switchable devices (e.g. EV home charging, Tesla, ...).
