8Breakout 3.0

8Breakout is the 21st in the 8Apps/8Games series and is my adaptation of the classic breakout game. All 8Games are simple, elegant, fun and Free!

GAME PLAY: Move the paddle or touch 'Start' to start a game, then move the paddle to hit the ball upwards to break the blocks. If the ball hits the bottom edge of the screen then its Game Over!

SCORING: Block (+1). Level 5 Bonus (+5). Level 6 Bonus (+10). Level 7 Bonus (+15)

OBJECTIVE: Break all the blocks! Best Score is saved between games; challenge your best score (or others sharing your iPhone/iPad:)

LEVELS: There are 7 Levels, Levels 1 to 4 each higher level adds a new row of blocks. Level 5 adds a Bonus Round Block and 1 Fixed Block. Level 6 adds a 2nd Round Block and 2 Fixed Blocks. Level 7 adds a 4th Fixed Block. When the highest level is reached the game re-starts from Level 1.

BUTTONS: LevelUp loads next level, GameOverReset loads a new game from the same level (Score = 0), Sound On/Off switches game sounds on or off (for more peaceful gameplay:) and Signature shows App Info & Credits.

LABELS: At end if each level or game touch 'Game Over' or 'Winner' to display the 'Start' lable and start a new game. You can also move the paddle, which will have the same result.
