FaisaToken is the two step verification security app that may be used with MIB's FaisaNet (internet banking) and FaisaMobile (mobile banking) service. The app adds an extra layer of security to protect you against modern security threats, by making sure that it is you who is accessing or using these services.

Just like a device FaisaToken, the app generates One Time Passwords (OTP) to login to FaisaNet and FaisaMobile, and to authorize transactions as well as generating Signatures to authorize high-risk transactions. Furthermore, the app uses QR code functionality to conveniently activate the app and to generate Signatures.

To use the app, simply activate it using the information sent to you by the Bank via email. The app can be activated either manually, using a serial number and activation code, or automatically, by scanning a QR code. All these information are included in the activation email.
