The subscription lasts 12 months and costs $64 (USD)

The subscription payment will be charged to your Apple-account, and auto renews when the time period is over, if you do not end the subscription manually 24-hours prior to the end of the subscription. Within 24 hours from the start of a subscription period may your Apple-account be charged for a new period.

You may cancel your subscription at any time, via the settings of your Apple-account, but you cannot get money back from the current subscription-period.
