Car Racing Wheel Design 2.0

Rims or rim is the outer ring of metal design the inside edge of the tire is mounted on a vehicle such as a car. For example, on a bicycle wheel on the edge of a large circle attaches to the outer end of the radius of the wheel that holds the tire and tube.

Steel wheel standard is made of rectangular metal plates. The metal plate is curved to produce two cylindrical arms with the free edge of the sleeve welded together. At least one cylinder rotates the operating cycle to get a certain thickness.

To support the cylindrical edge structure, the disc is made of metal plates. The median outer surface of the disk wheel has a geometric cylinder to fit on the rim. The edges and disc wheels are assembled by attaching together under the rim of the outer rim and welded together.
