विदुर नीति 1.03

On sending the servants out, the brothers and sisters must test the time of crisis and the friend in distress and after the destruction of their wealth, that is, they should be tested.
naukaron ko baahar bhejane par, bhaee-bandhuo ko sankat ke samay tatha dost ko vipatti mein aur apanee stree ko dhan ke nasht ho jaane par parakhana chaahie, arthaat unakee pareeksha karanee chaahie.
