Y-Zone is a group personal training workout broken into intervals of cardiovascular and strength training. This interval training workout will include heart rate monitoring which will be worn during each class. The Y-Zone heart rate monitored training is designed to keep heart rates in target zones that stimulate metabolism and increases energy. Participants will use a variety of equipment including Water Rowers, TRX Bands, Battle Ropes, Resistance bands and more!
