After entering in a few basic health metrics, Energy will calculate your caloric burn, heart rate and other key data. Energy easily syncs with most popular fitness trackers, including Apple Health, Strava, Garmin, Fitbit, MapMyFitness, MyFitness, Polar, Runkeeper, SwimTag, and Withings.
All workouts featured on this app, including Canyon Ranch exclusives, are shown with a 10-second clip showing how to perform the exercise with perfect form. We also include still images, so you can check your form. View all these on your phone, tablet or other device, or print them out.
While using a linked tracker, your workouts will be uploaded to Energy automatically, eliminating the need for you to enter any information. So, you can focus on your goals, not on entering data.

The guest can then use this app to view the prescribed exercises and to maintain contact with the professional, who will see when each workout is complete. The expert can use that information and review past workouts to evolve an exercise plan as progress is made.
