He was born in Harare (the capital of Zimbabwe), and have obtained his initial studies from there. For higher education he went to the Saudi and obtained Sharia in Law from Islamia University Madinah. He is also the director of Daar ul Ilm (Islamic Educational Centre) of the Majlisul Ulama in Zimbabwe.
