I will explain Tools and Materials to create Quilling Paper, which is as follows:

This tool is a very important tool for you to make Paper Quilling, because it is this tool that aims to make paper rolls.

-Quilling Mate / Quilling Board

This tool is shaped board with holes with a certain diameter. This tool aims to produce congruent circles.

-Paper glue

To glue the paper itself freely you want to use any glue.
