The Department of NAIT Athletics & Recreation is a charter member of the Alberta Colleges Athletic Association. With 12 teams, NAIT Athletics is one of the largest post-secondary athletic departments in Canada. The Ooks have both men’s and women’s teams in hockey, basketball volleyball and soccer.
