You can use this app to send location information of your beloved person
Sign in with the same Google Account at both devices (device with Simple GPS Tracker Receiver and device with Simple GPS Tracker Sender) and you are ready.

Network connection required , but only a few bytes needed. You can send location information every minute for a day, and you use only 50 kilobytes of your data or send location information every minute for 20 days and use only 1MB!
