“Maharashtra Ready Reckoner” which is Annual Statement Rates, this app includes Market value card which are the fare rates of immovable property, on the basis of which market value is calculated.
This app includes Annual Statement Rate of all Districts of Maharashtra. This Annual Statement Rate are determined on an annual basis by the State government differ from locality in a particular state. We have included 36 district of Maharashtra into 8 regions are under the control of Deputy Inspector General of Registration.
