QRPeeper is a lightweight code scanner, which can be used to quickly scan various codes and view a history of scanned codes.
The app has a Tasker implementation (but you do not need Tasker to use this app), which allows you to trigger tasks by scanning a code, or to open QRPeeper with Tasker, and start scanning right away.
