Network Info, Tansport & Capabilities β 0.0.24 v1b 10

small handy app allowing to:
- check current active network it's state & data
- examine each available network report the transport type and the the network capabilities*

* data available for android api version 21 (lolipop)
** some 21 api devices (which should) does not implement Network Connectivity - the app will then show no active networks or no networks at all
