myIM3 is the new self-care application for Indosat Ooredoo customers. The application has personalized and dynamic offers that will give you more rewarding experience. New features in myIM3 are attractive FREE apps offering and smart data saving usage. Smart data saving allows you to save up to 200MB per month in data usage. Go to “Control” tab to activate this feature.

myIM3 is available for all Prepaid and Postpaid customers. For prepaid users myIM3 provides menus for check balance, check internet quota and buy packages. For our postpaid customers, myIM3 provides menus for postpaid billing, check bill/unbilled usage, e-billing activation or change billing address, check internet quota and buy packages. You can also buy and give package for your friends and family with our GIFT feature.
