Pickup by Capital Metro 3.14.2

Pickup by CapMetro operates in several neighborhood zones in the Greater Austin Metro Area. Customers can be picked up and delivered anywhere within a zone, and all vehicles are wheelchair accessible. There’s no set route for the service, because the trips are based on where you start and where you want to end up. Also, since these are shared rides, we may pick up some of your neighbors along the way or drop them off while taking you to your destination.

To get started, download the app, register your account and you’ll be ready to go. Then, book a ride and our goal is to be there within 15 minutes. Each trip costs $1.25 - the same as a ride on MetroBus or MetroRapid.

You can make your reservation when you're ready to travel. Pickup will serve both residential and retail locations, making sure we pick you up and drop you off in safe, pedestrian-friendly areas.
