"IPSS Prostate Score" is an application designed for calculating International Prostate Symptom Score (IPSS) in patients with prostate enlargement, especially benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). "IPSS Prostate Score" should be filled by the patient himself. "IPSS Prostate Score" is based on the answers to seven questions concerning urinary symptoms and one question concerning quality of life. The answers are assigned points from 0 to 5. The total score can therefore range from 0 to 35 (asymptomatic to very symptomatic).

In "IPSS Prostate Score" the IPSS score will be classified into three categories, mild lower urinary tract symptoms (LUTS), moderate LUTS, and severe LUTS. Mild LUTS if IPSS score <= 7, moderate LUTS 8-19, and severe LUTS >=20. In the result page of "IPSS Prostate Score" are given forms to write patient's name, age, and today's date. The result page should be screenshotted for doctor's archives.
