Proposal: To ensure the right of justice to the crime victim, as an integral part of the criminal process provided by the Constitution of Nepal, to get information about the investigations and action related to the incident, and to get justice including social rehabilitation and compensation as per the law, reduce the adverse impact of suffering from crime Nature person Rnu had arranged for the damage compensation to the victim to protect the rights of the victim is expedient to make necessary arrangements,
The Federal Parliament has made this law.
