AMR to MP3 Converter 1

This AMR to MP3 converter can convert AMR (Adaptive Multi-Rate) files to MP3 (MPEG1/2 Audio Layer 3) audio.
How To Use:
1. Select a AMR files (such as *.amr, *.3ga).
