permissions:
- INTERNET and ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE is used to get tweets by twitter API.
- READ_PHONE_STATE is used to detect the incoming calls and pause the speech automatically.
- WAKE_LOCK is needed to keep on speaking with light turned off
