This app allows you to calculate the amount of payments on the loan depending on the size of the annual interest rate and term for which the loan is taken. The application uses two ways of calculating the amount of monthly payments: annuity and differentiated.
Annuity payment assumes payments in equal amounts due to the Bank during the whole maturity of the loan.
Differentiated payment assumes a decrease in amounts due from month to month.
In the loan offer from any Bank typically has information about the system of loan repayment: annuity or differentiated payments.
