To make great wines you need a few key ingredients. Naturally, things like good soil, healthy vines, sunlight, plentiful grapes and good barrels are all necessary.
We at CNPIPEDIDOS believe in making wine, without any compromises, that is seen especially while working in the vineyard. The first step is choosing the land and its suitability for each species of grapes. Then, we grow the grapes in a unique method that allows maximum control over the quality of the fruit, so that when the fruit is ripe, it reaches a maximum level of sugar and balanced acidity, providing high quality raw materials and creating long lasting wines – the goal is to bring a personal touch to our work.
