Account Status Indicator Mobile App is a new initiative from the Customer Centricity Office.

The App has been developed to ensure we capture and resolve escalations in the shortest possible time. The App has RED, AMBER and GREEN status for every account that you manage.

This App is mandatory for all rainmakers and so please take time out to download it in your respective mobile device and update it every fortnight.
